Midac, Italian company based in Verona specializing in the production of industrial and starter batteries, has acquired 100% of the shares of Batteriunion AB, a company engaged in marketing and selling of traction batteries primarily to the forklift market in Sweden.
Midac took over Batteriunion AB from Addtech Nordic AB, belonging to Addtech Group, Swedish multinational listed in the Stockholm Stock Exchange that markets high tech components and systems for manufacturing and service industries.
Batteriunion, with 16 employees and a turnover of around 14 millions, had started trading with Midac in 2008.
