In the major Italian Communication and Information Technology fair, Midac was awarded First Prize in Integrated Management systems, distinguishing itself for its method of integrating different management software, connecting the home office with branches in the Netherlands, England and Germany. The software developed allowed Midac to reorganize and simplify its company's processes while monitoring corporate performance. These results allowed us to increase the occupational levels in the company’s factories, which are all in Italy.

Midac, which is centrally based on a SAP R/3 ERP,activated a SAP Business One project for its branches. The new ERP allows complete coverage of the corporate/branch processes: from sales order management to logistics and from post-sales service management to control management in order to find and coordinate all information between the main office and the branches. Midac has reorganized and simplified its corporate processes with the ability to monitor corporate performance through more formalized processes supporting increased business and productivity.
